This research explores the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools among higher education students in Saudi Arabia, aiming to understand their current perceptions these technologies. study utilizes Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and theory Task-Technology Fit (TTF) examine students’ utilization, perceived benefits, challenges associated with tools. A cross-sectional survey was conducted, yielding 859 responses. The findings indicate that 78.7% frequently GenAI tools, while 21.3% do not, often due a lack knowledge or interest. ChatGPT emerged as most widely used tool, utilized by 86.2% respondents, followed other like Gemini, Socratic, CoPilot. Students primarily for defining clarifying concepts, translation, generating ideas writing, summarizing academic literature. They cite benefits such ease access, time-saving, instant feedback. However, they express concerns about challenges, including subscription fees, unreliable information, plagiarism, reduced human-to-human interaction, impacts on learning autonomy. underscores need increased awareness, ethical guidelines, robust integrity measures ensure responsible educational settings. These highlight balanced utilization maximizes addressing potential guides development policies, curricula, support systems.

AI rapidly reshapes learning landscapes from highly industrialized countries to those that are still in development, such as the Philippines. However, limited studies have been conducted on how tools adopted and perceived by college students within a non-urban higher education context. This study fills gap investigating adoption, perceptions, ethical implications of among rural Philippine through sequential explanatory mixed-method cross-section survey approach, drawing its base 451 state Cebu, Philippines, May June 2024. IBM SPSS version 26.0 was used conduct statistical analyses, while theme analyses were done using MAXQDA 2020. Among respondents, all had tools, greater proportion these (78.54%) ChatGPT. Further, strongly believed easy use (M = 5.13; SD ±1.58) helpful their 5.17; ±1.53). On contrary, concerned about incorrect or biased information (M=5.35, SD=±1.40), impact critical thinking (M=5.04, SD=±1.77), potential for cheating (M=5.39, SD=±1.50) utilizing tools. Also, only 17.29% knew institutional policies regarding AI. indicates essentiality creating clear guidelines AI, devising programs literacy, revisiting assumption digital divide institutions. The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) tools has brought a multitude benefits to many academic practices, particularly in the field English Language Teaching. Nonetheless, they also present concerns regarding integrity. This research aims explore how English-majored students at Ho Chi Minh University Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) perceive influence AI writing on their honesty. study proposes some practical solutions that might employ maintain authenticity work. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is gaining momentum in schools as a means of support to the teaching and learning process. However, its use poses several controversial questions, especially lower school grades, teachers might often face ethical or intellectual obstacles preventing them from using AI their classes. This study explores perceptions sample 1,223 across subjects instruction 572 regional context (nursery, primary, upper secondary), mixed-method approach. Results suggest that there widespread confusion on possible applications GenAI education, possibly leading reduced teachers' intention integrate these tools practices. also point towards general need for more CPD topic. The study aims at gaining insights into relationships between perceived institutional support and students’ perceptions of AI-supported learning. It also investigates the mediating role learning outcomes moderating effect technology self-efficacy within this context. Research model was developed validated based on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) students. Using quantitative research design convenience sampling technique, 204 students from higher education institutions were included in analysis. Data analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypothesized relationships. results revealed that significantly impacts ( β = 0.200, C.R. 2.291, p 0.022), 0.492, 9.671, < 0.001), outcomes. Additionally, found negative −0.146, CR −2.507, 0.012) relationship perceptions. Purpose This study aims to investigate the awareness, utilisation, perception and impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tools among graduate students across various universities in Northeast India. In addition, it delves into challenges they encounter while integrating AI their education learning. Design/methodology/approach used a survey method how at Indian Universities perceived incorporation assessed its on educational activities.
