Penggunaan bahan bakar fosil secara global telah menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan ekonomi. Biodiesel sebagai sumber energi terbarukan tampak menjanjikan. Tanaman Nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) memiliki kandungan minyak yang tinggi dapat tumbuh subur di tanah tandus, sehingga menjadi biodiesel Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana perubahan suhu durasi reaksi mempengaruhi efisiensi transesterifikasi berbasis katalis heterogen. diharapkan memberikan cara untuk mengoptimalkan meningkatkan produksi biodiesel. Biji nyamplung diekstraksi dengan pelarut diambil minyaknya. Katalis heterogen digunakan pada 60°C, 70°C, 80°C waktu 30-90 menit. GC-MS standar ASTM uji karakteristik fisikokimia menilai kualitas Efisiensi signifikan dipengaruhi oleh lama reaksi. Hasil terbaik adalah 85% 70°C selama 60 Meningkatkan atas atau periode lebih dari menit tidak hasil bahkan menurunkannya. This research investigated the usefulness of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) as a support to immobilize lipase Eversa Transform 2.0 (ET 2.0) obtain an active and stable biocatalyst, easily recoverable from reaction medium for applications in production biodiesel. Postimmobilization evaluation showed that immobilized enzyme performed better than its free form. Kinetic studies conducted under these optimized (2–96 at 150 rpm 37 °C). biocatalyst tested synthesis oleate using substrate ethanol, achieving conversion 88.1%. Subsequent recirculation tests maintained approximately 80% until fourth cycle, confirming sustainability ester production. Molecular docking revealed binding affinity enzyme-docked oil composition estimated −5.8 kcal/mol, suggesting combination suitable esterification.

Green diesel was a mixture of straight-chain and branched-chain alkanes, typically mostly 15 to 18 carbon atoms per molecule (C15 C18) extracted from the hydrotreating process vegetable oils. In this study, catalyst Nickel (Ni) promoted Zinc (Zn) supported by Alumina (Al2O3) used. The made varying use without Zn promoter in catalyst. Catalyst tested for Scanning Electron Microscope characterization. For 60Ni/Al2O3 catalyst, total area 51,575.51 m2/gr, while 15Ni-45Zn/Al2O3 20.577,55 m2/gr. Furthermore, performance test also carried out using green reactor with temperature 400°C pressure 20 bar, percentage yield on 25.73% 30Ni-30Zn/Al2O3 23.60%. has following properties: physical properties such as density, viscosity, flash point, cetane number, acid number 765.17 ± 0.249 kg/m3, 3.55 0.076 mm2/s, 60.73 0.170°C, 88.10 0.648 CN, 0.33 0.76 mgKOH/g, respectively. density 766.77 0.679 viscosity 66.13 point 2.92 0.011°C, 82.33 0.386, 0.386 mgKOH/g.
