Interdisciplinary Study on the Peculiarities of Preserving the Mental Health of Minors and Youth in Conditions of Martial Law

According to estimates by experts from the World Health Organization, approximately 10 million citizens in Ukraine may be at risk of mental disorders that are directly associated with post- and long-COVID conditions, as well ongoing effects martial law. These challenges have led significant changes nation’s psycho-neurological psycho-emotional health. Under ICD-11, recognized factors span infections, depression, substance addictions, polydrug use, smoking, excessive consumption alcohol or psychoactive substances. In wartime, such health can reduce educational attainment, limit athletic performance, undermine work capacity professional qualifications. Recognizing urgent need address these issues, an interdisciplinary study has been conducted identify root causes conditions give rise among minors youth. Drawing on forensic medical practice, it emphasizes necessity protecting psychological well-being younger population during addition, clarifies its relevance examining adversely affect youth, including stressful impacts conflict restricted access support systems. It also explores methods both environmentally safe sanctioned for use Ukraine. Findings show when psychologists specialized training involved, minors’ youth is safeguarded. By using evidence-based approaches, they boost resilience foster healthier outcomes under challenging conditions. Pharmacotherapy of Depressive Disorders in Conditions of Coronavirus Disease: Pharmacoeconomic Experimental Study

Purpose of the study was to conduct comprehensive pharmacoeconomic, clinical and pharmacological, marketing, documentary, normative legal studies pharmacotherapy depressive disorders during global coronavirus pandemic. Pharmacoeconomic methods analysis, in particular ABC/VEN analysis were used select effective safe drugs depression. According results ABC cost for depression distributed descending order their cost: group A (most expensive) includes whose costs equal 81.76% total costs; B (average cost) – 14.21%, C (cheapest) 4.03%. Group included 10 INN (including Citaloprame, Olanzapine, Fluvoxamine), one dose 4956.5 UAH, which accounted four INNs (Sertraline, Escitaloprame, Mianserine, Sulpiride), 861.3 UAH (14.21%). As part (Doxepine, Lithium, Fluoxetine, Amitriptyline), 244.54 per (4.03%). VEN it experimentally proven that highest 77.7% category V (vital) 22.3% E (essential). During found fourteen are (Vital). Category INNs. No into N (Non-Essential). The obtained made possible make administrative managerial decisions determining patients with disorders.

Study of Pharmaceutical Provision Under the Program of Medical Guarantees in Ukraine

Ukraine has implemented a comprehensive Medical Guarantees Program, which encompasses both medical and pharmaceutical services. One of the key components within services is provision supplies. For first time, an in-depth study was conducted into patient referrals for support under this program. Management of Prescription Medicines in Ukraine: Continuation of the Experimental Study on the Organization of Pharmaceutical Provision

Conducted the experimental study on organization of pharmaceutical provision, complaints patients from position management prescription medicines in Ukraine. It has been proven that level supply affects patient complaints. 750 about unsatisfactory provision were processed. Found 77% (women accounted for 70%; men – 30%) related to late or incomplete medicines. Мультидисциплінарне дослідження зловживання алкогольними напоями з позицій фармацевтичного права та судової фармації

Мультидисциплінарні дослідження та дані ВООЗ свідчать, про те, що зловживання алкоголем є причиною більш ніж 200 захворювань, більше 3 мільйонів летальних випадків щороку в країнах світу. Окрім наслідків для здоров’я, шкідливе вживання алкоголю приносить значні соціально-економічні медико-фармацевтичні збитки окремим громадянам, сім’ям суспільству. Узагальнено картину споживання (пиво, вино, спиртовмісні напої, фальсифіковані алкогольні напої) світу у населення віком від 15 років. Вивчено судово-фармацевтичну практику. Запропоновано нормотворчі заходи задля посилення кримінальної відповідальності злочинців за частиною статі 204 КК України. Проведено огляд препаратів фармакотерапії алкогольної адикції. Зроблено висновок необхідність невідкладних заходів протидії негативним наслідкам Україні. Результати мультидисциплінарних досліджень авторів наголошують на необхідності зменшення шкідливих рівні громадян, сімей суспільства цілому. Заходи мають спрямовуватися алкоголем, підвищення загального рівня здоров'я населення, зниження смертності, інвалідизації, соціально-економічних медико-фармацевтичних втрат суспільства.
