<p><em>This study examines how legal frameworks, corporate responsibility, and environmental sustainability interact with one another in the Indonesian industry. The evaluates business behavior, governance through a normative analysis to find ways improve responsibility. results highlight positive aspects of Indonesia's system, including its extensive legislation responsibility-promoting programs. Nonetheless, there are still issues, such as lax regulations ineffective enforcement systems. Stakeholder viewpoints crucial it is promote openness, public involvement, multi-stakeholder cooperation. suggestions include bolstering capacity-building initiatives, encouraging transparency, aligning regulations, enforcing stricter enforcement, rewarding sustainable behaviors. By implementing these ideas, Indonesia may establish more conscientious environment, striking balance between stewardship economic growth.</em></p>

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to compare and contrast the utilization penal mediation within criminal justice system as an implementation restorative justice. Children as the younger generation are greatest wealth for family, society and nation. They components that have a big responsibility in determining whether country will experience progress or decline. Article 28 B paragraph (2) of 1945 Constitution Republic Indonesia states "Every child has right to survival, growth development protection from violence discrimination". Sexual is form can occur both public at home. Individuals who often victims sexual cases usually women children, considered be weaker position. Perpetrators crimes target children because they feel not understand these actions against law, think dare resist.The research used this scientific paper type normative juridical research, legal method involves secondary data analysis literature study.
