This study aims to explore the influence of teamwork and self-efficacy on teacher performance. In ever-evolving field education, role teachers is crucial for achieving effective learning outcomes. Hasil penelitian PISA tahun 2018 telah menunjukkan bahwa numerasi di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya peningkatan dalam aspek pendidikan dengan metode Jarimatika. Metode merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Pengaplikasian sangatlah sederhana dan mudah untuk terapkan pada siswa tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui penggunaan jarimatika perkalian terhadap SD Negeri Banjaragung 2 melalui Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7. Nilai rata-rata kelas 5 sebelum diberikan perlakuan adalah 27,50, sedangkan nilai sesudah sebesar 70,83. Dari hasil uji-t diketahui sig. (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05, sehingga ada kemampuan 2.
