Purpose Grounded in the Social Exchange theory, this study focuses on perception of digital leadership and innovative work behaviors. It also examines complex effects leader-member exchange, learning orientation, innovation capabilities. Design/methodology/approach We undertake a quantitative approach using two-wave longitudinal field survey 440 employees managers from various backgrounds working automobile industry France. The literature on sustainable competitive advantages and performance has grown extensively in organizations over the last three decades. This study examines the mediating role of employee engagement and perceived organizational support on effect business intelligence, digital transformation leadership satisfaction within Commercial Banking Sector in Jordan. Bu araştırmanın amacı güncelliği yakalayan, her zaman yeniliğin izinde olan dijital liderliğin ve farklılıklara önem veren, hata yapmaktan korkmayan, örgüt iklimini ön planda tutan kapsayıcı çalışanların yetenekleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Balıkesir ilinde ilçelerinde çalışan 1830 banka personeli oluşturmaktadır. örneklemini Bandırma ilçesinde il merkezinde bulunan bankalardan seçilen 507 personel Elde edilen verilerle, frekans analizi, güvenilirlik normallik testi, keşfedici faktör korelasyon analizi çoklu regresyon yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizinin sonucuna göre üzerinde anlamlı olumlu etkiye sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Çoklu sonucunda örneklem dâhilindeki bankalarda en etkili liderlik modelinin olduğu görülmüş, liderliğinde az kadar dijitalleşme çağında hızlı dönüşüm yaşayan bankalar için arz ettiği belirtilmiş gelişimi öneriler verilmiştir.
