For the first time in human history, hundreds of millions people all over world have been subjected to compulsory vaccination with a new type nucleic acid based vaccines order keep their jobs or be able travel due some notorious coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) mandates. The vast majority African countries were either initially deprived these vaccines, later, population was too skeptical receive them and preferred safe early treatment pharmacological approach. Yet, Africa had lowest COVID-19 mortality rate compared those that adopted mass vaccination. This letter editor adds insights should helpful future pandemics save precious lives.
