Objectives:
This
study
investigates
the
indirect
effect
of
religiosity
on
post-traumatic
growth
and
psychological
distress
through
perceived
social
support
among
heart
patients.
Methodology:
A
cross-sectional
research
design
was
employed,
gathering
data
from
a
purposive
sample
140
patients,
with
equal
representation
both
men
women,
public
private
hospitals
in
Sargodha.
Data
collection
utilized
Urdu-translated
versions
Short
Muslim
Practice
Belief
Scale,
Interpersonal
Support
Evaluation
List,
Post-Traumatic
Growth
Inventory,
DASS-21
to
assess
religiosity,
support,
growth,
distress,
respectively.
Results:
Perceived
significantly
mediated
relationship
between
amplifying
strength
this
association.
Additionally,
it
by
alleviating
negative
impact
health.
Conclusion:
illuminates
positive
influence
while
simultaneously
mitigating
Moreover,
not
only
diminishes
but
also
fosters
serving
as
vital
mediator
these
dynamics.
These
findings
offer
insights
for
interventions
aimed
at
leveraging
enhance
mental
well-being

Background
Rumination
has
emerged
as
a
significant
factor
contributing
to
personal
growth
following
periods
of
stress
or
trauma.
The
present
study
aimed
investigate
the
relationship
between
trait
rumination
and
post-stress
(PSG)
within
context
Chinese
college
students
who
encounter
mild
stressors
in
their
daily
lives.
Moreover,
we
aim
evaluate
potential
mediating
roles
played
by
both
distress
disclosure
perceived
social
support
this
dynamic
relationship.
Method
All
participants
completed
assessments
using
Adolescent
Self-Rating
Life
Events
Checklist,
Response
Scale,
Post-Stress
Growth
Inventory,
Distress
Disclosure
Index,
Perceived
Social
Support
Scale.
Correlation

analyses

conducted
