Digital technologies, including mobile (mHealth) interventions, show promise promoting PA though their adoption remains limited intrinsic extrinsic challenges. Objectives This scoping review aimed systematically map existing evidence on digital interventions assessing feasibility, usability, efficacy, whilst providing recommendations future research practice. Eligibility criteria Original investigations concerning adults (≥60 years age) focusing physical and/or exercise were considered. Sources evidence: Four electronic databases [MEDLINE, CINAHL Ultimate, Scopus Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials (CENTRAL)] searched. Methods A was conducted using the methodological framework. Review selection characterisation carried out by two independent reviewers. BACKGROUND College students commonly struggle with procrastination, which is linked to mental health complaints and poor academic performance. Guided e-health interventions can be effective in reducing procrastination. OBJECTIVE This study aims examine the feasibility acceptability of a new intervention targeting procrastination for college ('GetStarted') guidance by student e-coaches. METHODS We conducted single-arm study. Primary outcomes are satisfaction (CSQ-8), usability, (SUS-10) adherence (completion rate). Secondary changes (IPS), depression (PHQ-9), stress (PSS-10), quality life (MHQoL) e-coaching (WAI-I). RESULTS Of 734 participants that started intervention, 335 (45.6%) completed post-test. Students report being satisfied (CSQ-8 M= 23.48; SD = 3,.23) find it very usable (SUS-10 M 34.39; 4.52). Regarding adherence, 36.65% intervention. On average 68.95% Participants showed significant decrease as well an increase from baseline post-test follow-up. CONCLUSIONS The internet-based, student-guided 'GetStarted' appears acceptable feasible Netherlands. INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED REPORT RR2-10.2196/44907

However, must address challenges related safety, hallucinations, ethics simultaneously. In future, we should developing relevant usage manuals, accountability rules, legal regulations; implementing human-centered approach; intelligently upgrading LMMs through deep optimization such models, their algorithms, other means. This effort will thus substantially contribute not only maintenance students’ but also achievement sustainable development goals.
