This paper explores using training sessions as an effective approach to developing digital competence among secondary school teachers. Technology-focused were conducted with teachers across disciplines, demonstrating tools like Kahoot, LearningApps, Mentimeter, and more. Pre- post-training surveys measured self-reported competence, most moving from “sufficient” “high” after participating. The allowed learn new skills hands-on while experiencing a student perspective. method shows promise for continuously improving teachers’ ability leverage technology engaged learning, which is especially vital in the age of remote instruction. More research warranted on impacts optimal session design.
