Background: Resistant hypertension is a severe phenotype in that may be driven by interactions between genetic and environmental factors. Specific changes gut microbiota metabolites have been shown to influence cardiovascular disease progression. However, microbial metabolomic associated with resistant remain elusive. Methods: In this study, the microbiome of 30 participants hypertension, controlled nonhypertension was characterized using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. addition, serum metabolome same population assessed untargeted metabolomics. Results: The alpha diversity decreased, were also observed composition microbiota. group elevated levels Actinobacteitia Proteobacteria. Twenty-three genera found significantly different abundances as well 55 nonhypertension. Compared group, Rothia Sharpea more abundant. Escherichia–Shigella , Lactobacillus Enterococcus Untargeted metabolomics provided distinctly metabolic profiles for three groups identified range differential metabolites. These mainly pathway glycerophospholipid metabolism. Furthermore, correlation analysis evidence new hypertension. Bohai algae oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are the very important acids for human body. In Traditional Chinese Cooking, all cooking methods cannot do without oils. However, heat of may always lead to formation large amounts decomposition products that affect sensory, nutritional functional quality oils be unhealthy being cooked, especially food or edible rich in acids. Therefore, objective this study was research effect change heating on characteristics comparison with soybean olive oil.Quality iodine values (IVs), peroxide (POVs) acid (AVs) oil, were measured, conditions factors study. The POVs percentage changes larger than IVs AVs changes. better heated a microwave oven at P-20 within 3min, P-60 P-H1 2min, induction cooker 1500w 1min, electric stove (direct heated) 2min.Bohai suitable used low-temperature short-time salad. This has significance promoting commercial value extensive application daily cooking. This study aimed systematically review existing meta-analyses observational studies exploring association between fish intake and outcomes. A systematic search electronic databases was conducted retrieve a total 63 studies. Evidence deemed as possible for higher decreased risk acute coronary syndrome, liver cancer, depression, limited other outcomes (including age-related macular degeneration, Alzheimer's disease, heart failure, all-cause disease mortality, ischaemic stroke) due heterogeneity results potential otherwise inexplicable confounding factors. In conclusion, from epidemiological support mechanistic effects acids high consumption, but evidence needs further corroborated more reliable results.

A correlation between omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 PUFAs) and osteoarthritis (OA) incidence has been established, but research on the long-term outlook of OA patients remains limited. This study investigates association PUFA intake risk all-cause cardiovascular (CV) mortality in U.S. population. cohort 3,467 from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2005 to 2018 was studied. Cox proportional hazards regression models, Kaplan-Meier curves, subgroup analyses were used evaluate relationship mortality. The dose-response examined using a restricted cubic spline (RCS) model. Among patients, there 459 deaths 175 CV deaths. Omega-3 PUFAs significantly negatively correlated with (95% CI: 0.59–0.93, p = 0.011) not 0.29–1.04, 0.056). Higher associated 49% decrease curves showed lower rates those higher intake. inverse more pronounced among individuals living partner. analysis indicated linear negative Increased is decreased patients.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) that includes myocardial infarction and stroke, is the leading cause of mortality worldwide. Atherosclerosis, primary underlying CVD, can be controlled by pharmacological dietary interventions, including n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) supplementation. PUFA supplementation, primarily consisting eicosapentaenoic (EPA) docosahexaenoic (DHA), has shown promise in reducing atherosclerosis modulating risk factors, triglyceride levels vascular inflammation. PUFAs act replacing pro-inflammatory types cell membranes plasma lipids, regulating transcription factor activity, inducing epigenetic changes. EPA DHA regulate cellular function through shared differential molecular mechanisms. Large clinical studies on have reported conflicting findings, causing confusion among public health professionals. In this review, we discuss important factors to these inconsistencies, context atherosclerosis, study design effects function. We propose steps improve basic experimental order supplement composition optimization. Finally, understanding poor response PUFAs, development biomarkers for predicting may help towards a more personalized treatment.
