AI is developing quickly and offers considerable prospects for economic development; nevertheless, it presents crucial challenges – instance, skills development its effect on employee's jobs in economies. This research will seek to establish the current state of AI-related deficits training these economies how governments organizations can close gaps by preparing workforce future revolution. In line with questions, following emerges as problem: To what extent have emerging-market companies embraced AI? What key are scarce both internal external labor markets relevant training? hinder practical learning emerging markets? The study, therefore, uses a quantitative approach that involves administering questionnaires one hundred working professionals across A set questions was designed evaluate recognition among respondents, level integration into participants, still inexperienced ways professional participants would appreciate. Also, study explored participants' perception government addressing AI. evaluation shows fraction population needs gain awareness technologies, while many need experiment such machinery. Some most significant skill deficiencies noted involved ethical conduct AL other systems, preferred forms were online.
