This study explores consumer behaviour and preferences towards digital payment gateways in India, focusing on the factors that drive choices satisfaction. A structured survey with a stratified random sample of 1,000 respondents across India was conducted between January April 2024. The is grounded three hypotheses, testing differences perceived convenience, trust security, impact cashback rewards recommendations for platforms such as Phone-Pe, Google Pay, Paytm. Statistical analyses were used to scrutinize data, including ANOVA, chi-square tests, Pearson’s correlation. Key findings indicate significant convenience levels among platforms, strongly correlating recommendations. results suggest enhancing security perception alongside attractive reward schemes can significantly influence adoption loyalty. Although this offers useful information stakeholders seeking optimize transactions emerging markets, it also has implications complex Indian systems. these extend strategic development tailored consumer-friendly solutions. Furthermore, emphasizes need continuous innovation technologies better meet consumers' evolving demands. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are pivotal to the financial growth of any country, functioning as labour-intensive units whose success relies heavily on employee productivity. Consequently, engagement is a critical determinant for SMEs, where each employee's contribution important.This empirical study aims enhance by examining HRM Practices such leadership, pay practices, performance appraisal, training development in Indian SMEs.
