Background
The
advancement
of
technological
devices
in
the
workplace
has
changed
way
people
work.
Employees
are
equipped
with
various
Information
and
Communication
Technology
(ICT)
tools
to
enhance
their
productivity
ensure
timely
completion
tasks.
However,
ICT
also
exerts
pressure
on
employees
acclimate
these
meet
deadlines.
This
adverse
phenomenon
is
referred
as
technostress.

This
study
investigates
the

issue

nomophobia,

hypotheses.

that

HRM
