Here, a carbon paste modified electrode (CPME) with Zn/Al-layered double hydroxide (Zn/Al-LDH) was developed for the simultaneous electrochemical detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). The surface morphology structural features synthesized Zn/Al-LDH were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis. LDH-modified sensor exhibited enhanced adsorptive properties, significantly improving preconcentration targets. Electrochemical characterization square wave voltammetry demonstrated that structure plays crucial role in increasing sensitivity due to its high area favorable electrostatic interactions by separate from cell. Under optimized conditions (preconcentration pH 6.0 an cell 7.0), excellent linearity across biologically relevant concentrations, ranging 0.2 20 μM, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), synthetic urine, cerebrospinal fluid, limits 68 nM UA 71 DA. Recovery studies confirmed sensor’s reliability complex biological matrices, recoveries 90% 120%. Compared existing sensors, Zn/Al CPE offers promising, selective, efficient platform neurotransmitter metabolite analysis samples.

Aim: In this work, cerium oxide nanoparticles were synthesized and electrochemically polymerized by treatment with 25 mM Congo red. The developed poly red used to modified the carbon paste electrode for sensing bioactive molecules, as well antibacterial antimalarial drugs. Methods: (CeO2 NPs) using a co-precipitation technique subsequently characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) methods. Results: Experimental parameters including pH, sweep rate concentration studies investigated determination of uric acid. Poly (Congo red) Cerium (PCRCeO2MCPE) was employed simultaneous analysis UA SFZ. showed excellent sensitivity selectivity towards electrochemical examination exhibits enhanced detection Uric acid (UA) even in existence sulfadiazine (SFZ) cyclic voltammetry (CV). Conclusion: established limits found be 0.478 1.595 LOD LOQ respectively. Hence, it is recommended use PCRCeO2MCPE bio-probe further investigation compounds electroanalytical applications.
