Fibromyalgia
(FM)
is
defined
as
a
chronic
syndrome
characterized
by
diffuse
musculoskeletal
pain,
associated
with
characteristic
signs
and
symptoms
such
fatigue
and/or
sleep
mood
disorders,
whose
etiology,
pathogenesis
prognosis
may
or
not
be
known.
There
growing
evidence
of
manual
therapy
treatment
for
pain
in
the
short
medium
term,
also
patients
affected
FM.
However,
heterogeneity
treatments
administered
are
very
common
clinical
practice,
they
based
more
on
judgment
tendency
physiotherapist,
rather
than
clear
scientific
evidence.
Therefore,
aim
present
study
protocol
will
to
determine
which
approach
effective
addressing
health
status
improving
(sensory,
cognitive,
emotional

Fibromyalgia
(FM)
is
often
accompanied
by
chronic
fatigue
syndrome
(CFS).
It

poorly
understood
disorder
that
mainly
affects
women
and
leads
to
pain,
fatigue,
insomnia,
among
other
symptoms,
which
decrease
quality
of
life.
Due
the
inefficiency
current
pharmacological
treatments,
increasing
interest
being
directed
towards
non-pharmacological
multicomponent
therapies.

nutrition

overlooked
when
