Today, facing difficult environmental and sustainability questions, the palm oil industry is an important force in global trade development. As a transformative solution to these problems, this review assesses implementation of circular economy (CE) strategies. CE principles promote transformation waste into value through recycling, upcycling other low-carbon innovation applications. This estimates capability palm-based biomass, including mill effluent (POME) refinery wastes. It evaluates how different technologies such as gasification are used change fuel sources energy fuels value-added products for industry. also involves incorporating Industry 4.0 boost efficiency creation operation. Although potential creating eco-friendly, profitable apparent, nevertheless it must overcome all kinds levels barriers – from economic technological social. points out collaborative efforts, advancement, supportive policies navigate challenges, advocating unified shift towards sector.
