Introduction: to make decisions regarding the conformation of an educational intervention it is important determine their acceptability students. The objective this research was analyze students appreciation a rubric designed in Basic Biological Science Department, Salvador Allende Faculty Medical Science, evaluate teaching task oriented Ontogenia y SOMA subject.Methods: descriptive, non-experimental developed, with quantitative approach and based on pilot study. There were used theoretical methods: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction system approach; empirical method: survey; mathematical-statistic.Results: sppreciation satisfactory, which determined by positive evaluation presentation dimension very contribution dimension. Conclusions: subject, Biomedical although needs be refined from point view its drafting content, accepted students, who recognized impact promoting metacognition independent work execution learning activity. It recommended improve evaluative instrument for use all subjects as promotional indicative recourse self-regulation learning, usable departmental development said skill.
