La
regulación
emocional
es
la
capacidad
de
manejar
y
modificar
las
emociones
para
adaptarse
a
diferentes
situaciones;
satisfacción
con
vida
refleja
evaluación
subjetiva
del
bienestar
general.

objetivo
investigación

Introduction:

motivation,

face
challenges,
and
psychological
well-being.
However,
its
absence
could
trigger
series
of
negative
effects
on
student
educational
experience.Objective:
determine
if
significantly
related
procrastination
sample
students
from
public
Peru.Methods:
quantitative
research,
non-experimental
design,
cross-sectional
correlational
type.
The
consisted
185
students,
estimated
through
probabilistic
sampling.
instruments
used
for
data
collection
were
General
Self-Efficacy
Scale
Academic
Procrastination
Scale,
both
with
adequate
psychometric
properties.Results:
characterized
by
moderate
levels
low
procrastination.
Additionally,
was
determined
Spearman's
rho
correlation
coefficient
variables
-0,687
(p
<0,05).
This
means
as
belief
one's
own
succeed
academically
increases,
tendency
postpone
tasks
decreases.Conclusions:

Introduction:
depression,
anxiety,

stress
are
mental
health
conditions
that
affect
university
students
worldwide.
In
the
context,
where
face
a
series
of
academic,
social,
personal
challenges,

manifest
in
various
ways,
impacting
both
emotional
well-being
academic
performance.Objective:
to
assess
sample
from
public
Peru.Methods:
quantitative,
non-experimental,
descriptive
cross-sectional
study
was
conducted.
The
consisted
115
sexes
who
were
administered
Depression,
Anxiety,
Stress
Scale,
an
instrument
with
adequate
psychometric
properties.Results:
low
levels
identified.
Additionally,
high,
direct,
significant
correlations
reported
between
depression
anxiety
(r=
0,821;
p<0,05),
0,849;
as
well
0,855;
p<0,05).
Moreover,
statistically
differences
found
regarding
participants'
sex
(p<0,05).Conclusions:
Peru
exhibited
symptoms
stress.
Therefore,
it
is
recommended
implement
psychological
support
programs
improve
students'

Introducción:
El
burnout
académico
es
un
fenómeno
común
entre
estudiantes
que
enfrentan
altas
demandas
académicas,
estrés
y
presión,
lo
cual
puede
afectar
negativamente
su
bienestar
desempeño
académico.
Objetivo:
Determinar
los
estresores
académicos
predicen
el
en
una
muestra
de
universitarios
la
Amazonía
peruana.
Métodos:
Estudio
cuantitativo,
no
experimental
predictivo.
La
estuvo
conformada
por
463
universidad
privada,
a
quienes
se
les
administró
Cuestionario
Estresores
Académicos
Maslach
Burnout
Inventory
Student
Survey,
instrumentos
con
adecuados
niveles
validez
confiabilidad.
Los
datos
procesaron
mediante
uso
del
software
estadístico
SPSS
versión
25.
