The objective of this study is to analyze the use social network Facebook by clients Hotel RZR, located in city Cúcuta, Colombia. quantitative, follows a cross-sectional design and questionnaire was applied sample 102 hotel guests. descriptive statistics reflect standard deviation 0.579, which indicates that there low dispersion data with respect average value. results show age, level gender are aspects related customers' preferences Facebook. It concluded Facebook's has become valuable digital marketing tool RZR must innovate network, boost communication customers exploit other benefits offered Facebook, such as segmentation, branding, online reputation traffic generation.
