Abstract Agriculture is one of the major sources global emissions that cause climate change while agricultural value added helps to boost economy in developing countries like China. ABSTRACT The China's Blue Carbon Plan has made substantial strides since its inception in 2014 and garnered positive feedback from the domestic surgical technology sector throughout implementation.
