Abstract
Assessing
the
financial
health
of
banks
is
crucial
to
ensure
stability
system.
This

only
a
way
safeguard
interests
customers
and
shareholders
but
also
prevent
inherent
risks
reliability
in
banking
operations.
Thus,
evaluating
plays

maintaining
sustainable
development
sector.

employed
three
methods:
RAM
(Root
Assessment
Method),
PSI
(Preference
Selection
Index),
SRP
(Simple
Ranking
Process),
assess
twenty-eight
Vietnam.
Capital
adequacy

with
