Job satisfaction is the positive emotional state derived from job appraisal and work experiences influenced by factors such as leadership, engagement, done, relationships with co-workers, salary. On a university level, employee engagement can affect both performance success of institution well students’ learning. That why understanding these essential. In this context, paper sets out to identify that influence employees. The study focuses on Dominican Republic, developing country different socio-economic environments.
