We examined four potential challenges for the implementation of European Union (EU) Regulation 2021/2282 on Health Technology Assessment (EU HTAR): interaction with Medicines Agency (EMA), expert input, interface health technology assessment HTA) joint procedures those within Member States, and management conflict interest. This research aims to explore how address these in a balanced manner prioritise key actions effective collaboration context EU HTA.
