Hypertension is a prevalent global health challenge with multifactorial etiology, including economic instability, environmental stress, and nutritional deficiencies. This study investigates the prevalence of hypertension among starving young adults in conflict-affected states Sudan, exploring interplay nutrition, health, socio-economic dynamics. Data was collected from displacement camps Al Jazirah, Central Darfur, Khartoum, involving 720 participants over 16 months. Standardized protocols were employed for blood pressure measurement, laboratory tests, clinical examinations. Statistical analyses revealed significant association between starvation-related factors prevalence, history hypertension, inadequate food insecurity emerging as key predictors. The findings underscore urgent need targeted interventions to address insecurity, improve access nutritious food, enhance healthcare infrastructure settings mitigate burden related cardiovascular complications. contributes understanding impact starvation on outcomes, informing public policies resource-constrained settings.
