Cassava In vitro regeneration is essentially influenced by exogen factors as well explants nature. This work aimed to evaluate type and positions influence, phytohormone on cassava plantlets in modified MS media. The apex nodes of the position 3, 5, 7 were initiated Murashige Skoog (MS) based media supplemented with Gamborg B5 vitamins growth regulators such naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) zeatin (ZEAT) different concentrations. results indicated a significant difference (p=0.0001) among sprouted regarding cultivar genotype during time culture. highest rate regenerated was found 5 (95.33%) followed respectively (93.33%), 3 (89.33%), (76%). Regarding regulators, NAA (0.5 mg/l) + BAP combination favorable for height (26.2cm), leaves development (7.84 cm) most cultivars, whereas ZEAT more rhizogenesis overall cultivars. Among best performance stem (26.2 cm), leaf length roots number (4.64) observed INA 1er cultivar. cultivars RB89509, BEN 86052, DOKU less grown 0.5 mg/l or ZEAT. These findings could contribute using potential Zeatin rhizogenesis.

This research is based on the modeling, internal structure analysis, and automation of a cassava grinding machine. For design, single-cylinder grinder was chosen due to its advantages, notably simplicity versatility. The method used in this type compression. mechanical design simulation software first allowed for then performing static analyses under three loads (P1 = 10000N, P2 15000N, P3 20000N). results these tests led selection 20000N as straightening load, with maximum stress value analysis 88,18 MPa deformation 0,000358 force load P3. Additionally, frequency distinguished five resonance modes. each mode concluded that no would affect machine, thus ensuring stable operation. Furthermore, fatigue, frequency, safety factor studies showed machine could withstand m3 2000 kg without damage, service life 1e+09 cycles. Considering total number cycles, which means will have 347000 years, output 2e+12 5840000 per year. FoS 1,78, indicating sufficient margin safe operating conditions. carried out using GRAFCET model sophisticated human-machine interface (HMI), providing an additional point allowing operator monitor operation via simple graphical interface. enables continuous minimal human intervention, thereby improving efficiency process.

ÖzObjective: In flap survival, close postoperatively monitoring of neck flaps is essential; instant action increases the rate salvage.The purpose this research was to assess ability digital infrared thermal Imaging and software during laryngectomy dissection detect failure flaps. Methods:Twelve elderly patients who required total bilateral for advanced laryngeal cancer participated in study.The hourly clinical examination skin colour, capillary refilling turgor were evaluated both flaps.In addition, images taken synchronously with camera.Such processed analyzed as an indication on their additional value.Results: Out 12 flaps, one failed due hematoma, venous congestion formed two flaps.The mean temperature demonstrated be most predictive failing relative adjacent control skin.In contrast uncompromised lower temperatures after failure. Conclusion:An efficient camera imaging can possibly improve post-operative monitoring.It could play part non-invasive early diagnosis if used conjunction other modalities.By analyzing differences between reference tissue, vascular occlusion may differentiated.

Cassava (Manihot esculenta, Crantz), native from Latin America, is one of the main food crops which contribute to ensure alimentary security in Cameroon. In Adamawa region, especially NGAN’HA area, it principal cultivated, but not really exploited. According FAO, there are more than 40% cassava production lost because lack processing equipment like conservation and transformation equipment. The purpose this study carry out morphological characterization roots guide design.
