This study intends to investigate the effects of three important variables on brand loyalty for Scarlett Whitening products among Jakartan consumers: image, experience, and trust. The used a quantitative methodology survey method examine data from 100 customers who had at least purchases product. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was process data, results made it abundantly evident that all greatly affect loyalty. research is helpful both corporations academic scholars. For academics, offers well-organized overview factors influencing loyalty, acting as valuable starting point further study.
