This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and environment on turnover intention by considering job satisfaction as a mediating variable. used quantitative type research. The population in this is employees PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering consists 183 direct man power 27 indirect with total 210 respondents September 2023. result, that have negative but not significant at Engineering, so first (H1) second (H2) hypotheses were rejected. However, positive satisfaction, third (H3) fourth (H4) are accepted. Job has decreasing leave work, supporting fifth hypothesis (H5).

In an era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, innovation is key for organizations to remain relevant competitive. Innovation enables develop new products services, improve process efficiency, create value customers. The aim this research explore the role transformational leadership in driving organizations. This adopts qualitative methods, where data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies. After collected, analysis three stages, namely reduction, presentation, conclusions. Transformational leaders play important articulating a clear vision, building organizational culture that supports experimentation risk-taking, providing strong support employees innovate. By demonstrating characteristics such as trust, integrity, concern needs aspirations team members, work environments allow creative ideas flourish be implemented.
