In
an
era
of
globalization
and
increasingly
fierce
competition,
innovation
is
key
for
organizations
to
remain
relevant
competitive.
Innovation
enables
develop
new
products
services,
improve
process
efficiency,
create
value
customers.
The
aim
this
research
explore
the
role
transformational
leadership
in
driving
organizations.
This
adopts
qualitative
methods,
where
data
collection
techniques
are
carried
out
through
literature
studies.
After
collected,
analysis
three
stages,
namely
reduction,
presentation,
conclusions.
Transformational
leaders
play
important
articulating
a
clear
vision,
building
organizational
culture
that
supports
experimentation
risk-taking,
providing
strong
support
employees
innovate.
By
demonstrating
characteristics
such
as
trust,
integrity,
concern
needs
aspirations
team
members,
work
environments
allow
creative
ideas
flourish
be
implemented.

satisfaction,

are
accepted.
