Innovative
changes

teaching
practices

the
rise

e-learning

Abstract
Sustainability
is
a
fundamental
value
that
all
organizations
strive
to
achieve,
including
universities.
Some
academics
argue
sustainability
not
only
principle
which
universities
should
commit,
but
also
they
have
the
potential
accelerate

implementation
and
catalyze
social
change
towards
more
sustainable
practices.
This
study
presents
specific
case
of
Faculty
Economic
Business
Sciences
(FCEyE)
at
Catholic
University
Cuyo
(UCCuyo),
examining
outcomes
Social
Responsibility
(USR)
plan.
The
methodology
employed
qualitative,
using
approach.
results
reveal
impacts
generated
by
USR
plan
in
key
areas
such
as
management,
teaching,
research,
outreach
FCEyE
UCCuyo.
These
findings
hold
significant
implications
for
leaders
other
Argentina.
