Innovative changes to online teaching practices are becoming increasingly important with the rise of e-learning across higher education sector. Such innovations ideally become part repertoires rather than reverting prior approaches. This study investigated sustainability a centralised approach learning design. Of 74 survey respondents, more 70% described their or work practices, uptake design tools development student-facing materials, and these were mostly reported as sustained. Changes system-level supports less common likely be Free-text comments highlight importance adaptation, collaboration iteratively developed templates. These provide guidance on how promote sustained practice. Implications for practice policy: Outcomes can improved through that adaptable collaborative build educator capability. Abstract Sustainability is a fundamental value that all organizations strive to achieve, including universities.
