This
article
addresses
the
topic
of
educational
leadership
and
communication
in
disadvantaged
contexts
digital
age.
The
study
aims
to
synthesize
existing
findings
identify
trends,
gaps,

a
systematic
review
scientific
literature
from
past
five
years
was
conducted,
using

este
texto
se
basó

importancia

PROBLEMA:
en
la
actualidad
lograr
el
desarrollo

las
investigaciones
científicas

OBJETIVO:
ilustrar

logrando

favorecidas
cuanto

calidad,
internacionalización

investigación.
MÉTODO:
investigación
responde
un
paradigma
cualitativo
carácter
exploratorio
descriptivo,
donde
realizó
una
revisión
teórica

estudios
dirigidos
al
manejo

pregrado.

su

técnicas

recurso
metodológico.
RESULTADOS:
