This article addresses the topic of educational leadership and communication in disadvantaged contexts digital age. The study aims to synthesize existing findings identify trends, gaps, opportunities this relatively new research area. El interés central de este texto se basó en analizar la importancia investigación formativa –en adelante, IF- para el desarrollo práctica pedagógica docentes preescolar y primero. De igual manera, evaluó los impactos esta última procesos formación estudiantes grados mención. Para alcanzar dicho propósito, artículo tuvo presente su argumentación construcción un postulado conceptual sobre IF, que partió sus características principios desde lo pedagógico. También, ámbitos o escenarios cuales implementa misma. Es así como, IF dimensiona acá pedagogía constructivista respecta a campo acción. Luego, describieron comprendieron realidad profesión docente estudiantes. En sentido, sustentan alcances genera enseñanza las primeras etapas escolar; dificultades identifican cuando no aula e clase. PROBLEMA: en la actualidad lograr el desarrollo de las investigaciones científicas universidades es vital importancia. En este sentido, fundamental que los estudiantes pregrado sean vinculados a investigaciones, mediante proyectos, talleres, eventos, conferencias científicas, entre otros. OBJETIVO: ilustrar importancia posee participación ámbito investigativo, y como estos aportan elementos distintivos, logrando se vean favorecidas cuanto índices calidad, internacionalización e investigación. MÉTODO: investigación responde un paradigma cualitativo carácter exploratorio descriptivo, donde realizó una revisión teórica principales estudios dirigidos al manejo categorial pregrado. A su vez, empleó análisis contenido, así técnicas fuentes información recurso metodológico. RESULTADOS: estudio realizado permitió identificar manera general que, vinculación esfera científica enriquece quehacer académico-científico estudiantes, todo ello debido dicha contribuye mejoramiento buenas prácticas científica.
