The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive and holistic perspective on the field digital leadership by conducting bibliometric analysis publications in field. Web Science (WoS) Core Collection database was utilized gateher data. Keywords such as "digital leadership", "e-leadership", "virtual "leadership 4.0" used research. A total 141 articles published between 2000 2022 were examined means method. In section analysis, performance analyzes called co-occurrence co-citation performed. According findings, annual growth rate 15.09%, while average number citations per article 21.48 analysis. Some prominent themes co-occurence include "Digital Leadership Performance Management," "Knowledge Student Experience Digital Education," "Transformation Innovation Leadership" etc. cluster names obtained result are Virtual Team "Coordination Consensus Multi-Agent Systems," Skills Psychological Well-Being," which represent intensively studied leadership. As conclusion, importance studies gradually increasing. data help us understand thematic evolution research shifts interest community. model that focused innovation require effective communication information management competencies. Several recommendations proposed for researchers, practitioners policymakers further develop implement strategies. Expanding theoretical frameworks, longitudinal studies, implementing development programs, fostering culture, supporting transformation, establishing standards guidelines, promoting literacy amongst them.
