This study examines the impact of leadership style, organizational culture, policy implementation, and community participation on efficiency public services happiness employees in local government Indonesia. The involves a quantitative analysis with sample size 250 participants. It utilizes Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 leverages Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) for data analysis. findings demonstrate that all connections are both positive statistically significant, emphasizing crucial functions these parameters fulfill administration.
