This study aimed to investigate the effect of oral supplementation zinc nanoparticles (ZnONPs) on bucks reared under heat stress testicular dimensions and hemodynamics, luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone, estradiol, zinc, nitric oxide (no). Ten native goat were divided into two equal groups. Control received their basal diet daily for 49 days. Treated group plus 50.0 mg ZnONPs orally 50 Testicular hemodynamics performed biweekly associated with collecting blood samples. Results showed no association between right left testicles in dimensions, flow parameters or indices increased testicle height (P= 0.029), testes volume (P< 0.001) mean velocity 0.001). Compared controls, LH 0.002) estradiol 0.005), testosterone 0.0001), 0.01), 0.047), PCV EDV 0.031), TAMV artery diameter 0.018), PI (p>0.05), both BFV 0.01) decreased week 4 after but serum 0.0001) from 2 till 7 supplementation. In conclusion, modulated responses reduce thermal load during via decreasing NO, within normal minimum concentrations decrease size preserve animal capacity survive throughout conditions. recommends supplementing
