Objective To investigate the prevalence of deciduous dental caries in preschool children aged 36–71 months as well eruption and status permanent teeth 60–71 Guangzhou city, providing references for oral health work. Design This study was a cross-sectional design. Setting The conducted 34 kindergartens central non-central urban areas city. Participants 14 883 city were included ultimate analysis. Main outcome measures other indicators teeth, months. Results 36–47 months, 48–59 41.6% (95% CI: 40.1%, 43.1%), 57.1% 55.8%, 58.5%) 65.2% 64.0%, 66.4%), respectively. Mean decayed–missing–filled increased with age, differences between genders areas. percentage first molars incisors differed, conditions varied. Conclusion problem early childhood is prominent. Prevention should be strengthened from life, education publicity enhanced to narrow regional gaps.
