This study aimed evaluate whether attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control significantly mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial administration Holy Cross Davao College, using Extended Theory Planned Behavior. The employed quantitative nonexperimental design with predictive correlational approach, surveying 293 management selected through convenience sampling. Data analysis utilized mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling multiple path analysis. Results consistently showed that demonstrated very high level knowledge, control, intention, significant correlations observed these variables. Furthermore, attitude jointly mediated while norms did not. To further enhance students’ strongly recommends implementing Project Biz-VISION. findings contribute existing body on higher education, providing insights for education policymakers, educators students, future researchers fostering entrepreneurship economies.
