This research examines the impact of training and digital enablement on employee competence its subsequent effect brand relationship quality within higher education institutions in Pakistan. Utilizing a sample 541 employees, Smart PLS was employed to test conceptual framework. Findings reveal that both significantly enhance competence. Furthermore, improved positively influences quality, highlighting critical role fostering strong employee-brand connections. These results underscore importance investing comprehensive programs tools skills performance. study contributes literature by integrating as key factors developing competence, which, turn, strengthens their with institutional brand. Background: Smart technologies serve as a bridge between strategic business goals and sustainable development, creating synergy among the economic, environmental, social dimensions of circular urbanism. Purpose: The objective this paper is to analyse impact implementing smart on economic benefits for an urban centre in Central European Union state. Study design/methodology/approach: research employs econometric model predict financial savings (30%, 40%, 55%) resulting from implementation waste management within selected centre. Findings/conclusions: predictions confirmed existence positive growing trend across all analysed areas, highlighting technology adoption. Limitations/future research: limitations consist inconsistencies different municipalities country. There is a lot of potential for expansion the e-commerce business, but only if we can figure out what makes people buy online. Findings from this study shed light on decision-making process and ways in which cultural, social, individual, environmental elements influence it, with focus Chinese market. We surveyed total 150 Shanghai 100 Dhaka, Bangladesh, using questionnaires. The findings highlight two obstacles that have negative effect online retail industry customer choice when purchasing goods compares Taobao Daraz, focusing their respective operational systems, market positioning, distinctions. also looks ahead to trends suggests businesses might change business models create consumer retailer regulations.
