This
study
aims
to
describe
the
local
content
of
madrasa
education
implemented
at
SMPN
5
Jombang
and
analyze
its
implications
for
improving
students'
Islamic
Education
(PAI)
skills.
qualitative
research
with
a
case
design
involves
principal,
teachers,
60
students
from
grades
4-6
as
subjects.
Data
collection
is
done
through
observation,
interviews,
documentation
studies,
questionnaires.
The
results
showed
that
had
integrated
five
subjects
in
curriculum.
Management

PAI

indicated
by
an
increase

religious
behavior

obstacles

found

This
study
aims
to
analyse
the
optimisation
efforts
of
local
religious
content
curricula
improve
quality

Education
learning

Jombang.

research

using
a
qualitative
approach
