Abstract Current early cancer diagnostic technologies, such as imaging, molecular tests, endoscopic techniques, and biopsies, face considerable challenges in low‐and middle‐income countries (LMICs) due to high costs, procedural complexity, limited resource access. Microneedle‐based liquid biopsy for skin interstitial fluid (ISF) offers a practical minimally invasive alternative diagnosis these settings. This review systematically examines ISF methods their effectiveness capturing biomarkers directly from the assesses potential address needs low‐resource environments. Among oncological diseases of women, gynecological deserve special attention. Gynecological tumors are important to women's health throughout the world. Notably, gynecologic malignancies represent a prevalent category cancers affecting women globally. Single nucleotide polymorphisms have emerged as promising source genetic information better understand complex such cancer, in terms etiology, interindividual differences and treatment response.
