The ongoing problem of graduate unemployment in Zambia, especially among Technical and Vocational Education Training (TEVET) graduates has... This analysis documents the determinants self-employment intentions engineering from Northern College (NORTEC) Ndola District, Zambia. Based on Theory Entrepreneurial Competency, this study uses concurrent mixed-method research design, combining quantitative survey data 232 TEVET students qualitative focus group discussions. argues that can be better understood by examining both contextual psychological factors.
