This
investigation
scrutinizes
linguistic
and
non-linguistic
modes,
through
a
multimodal
discourse
analysis,
on
the
English
textbook,
entitled
“Bahasa
Inggris
for
Change”
(2022).
research
delves
into
how
social
cultural
values
applied
in
textbook
have
fulfilled
vision
of
Indonesian
education
curriculum,
which
is
to
create
Pancasila
students
(pelajar
Pancasila),

appraise

introduced
textbook.

are
collected
by
using
documentation

purposive
sampling.

analysis

the

analyzes
how
these
interact
within
texts
contexts
to
create
meaning,
emphasizing
importance
visual,
auditory,
spatial
elements
alongside
linguistic
features.
By
examining
multimodal
texts,
provides
insights
into
constructed,
negotiated,
understood
in
diverse
communicative
contexts,
from
advertising
campaigns
political
speeches.
