The Association between Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Performance, and Turnover Intention Moderated by Organizational Identification and Commitment

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) holds increasing significance within Saudi Arabia’s banking sector. By adopting responsible and sustainable practices, banks can not only enhance their financial performance but also bolster the trust loyalty of customers. The sector recognizes that high turnover rates subpar lead to elevated costs reduced in bank’s services. Consequently, this study aims investigate how organizational identification commitment mediate relationship between CSR, employee (EP), intention (TI). Prevalence and factors associated with poor sleep quality among nurses in COVID-19 wards

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the working conditions of nurses, leading to a detrimental effect on their sleep quality. This cross-sectional study aimed investigate prevalence poor quality and its associated factors among nurses in wards Kermanshah, Iran. A total 97 were selected through simple random sampling from wards. Data was collected using demographic information sheet Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Descriptive inferential statistical methods, including chi-square multiple logistic regression, used for data analysis. results showed that 74.2% (n = 72) experienced Significant associations found between work experience (p 0.045) as well type shift 0.001).
