Corporate social responsibility (CSR) holds increasing significance within Saudi Arabia’s banking sector. By adopting responsible and sustainable practices, banks can not only enhance their financial performance but also bolster the trust loyalty of customers. The sector recognizes that high turnover rates subpar lead to elevated costs reduced in bank’s services. Consequently, this study aims investigate how organizational identification commitment mediate relationship between CSR, employee (EP), intention (TI). The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the working conditions of nurses, leading to a detrimental effect on their sleep quality. This cross-sectional study aimed investigate prevalence poor quality and its associated factors among nurses in wards Kermanshah, Iran. A total 97 were selected through simple random sampling from wards. Data was collected using demographic information sheet Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Descriptive inferential statistical methods, including chi-square multiple logistic regression, used for data analysis. results showed that 74.2% (n = 72) experienced Significant associations found between work experience (p 0.045) as well type shift 0.001). However, no significant relationships observed such age, sex, body mass index, overtime hours per month, physical activity, or underlying diseases. high underscores necessity implementing targeted interventions address this issue.
