Abstract:
The
covid
19
pandemic
has
had
a
dualistic
impact
on
media
and
entertainment
(M&E).
When
we
look
at
the
services
of
our
industry,
it
is
clear
that

e-commerce,
entertainment,
etc.,
while

detrimental

have
drastically
closed
down,

etc.

(BL)
emerged

a
new
trend
in
teaching
models
and
styles
with
digital
advantages

article
presents
systematic
review
of
literature
that
explores
strategies
for
successful
BL

enhance

development
outcomes.

databases
covering
research

between
2011
2021

were
analysed.
The

The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
greatly
impacted
higher
education
(HE)
globally,
causing
students
to
feel
disconnected
and
burdened
with
online
learning.
In
response,
many
institutions
have
adopted
a
hybrid
approach
teaching
learning
(T-L)
mitigate
future
outbreaks.
However,
the
impact
of
T-L
on
students'
experiences
remains
underexplored.
This
study
aims
investigate
post-pandemic,
including
satisfaction,
engagement,
self-efficacy,
identify
areas
for
pedagogical
improvement.
mixed-methods

six
HEs
in
Malaysia
found
that
(HL)
was
associated

student
experiences,
