The aim of the current study is to investigate teacher perspectives on guidance and counselling activities they do in classroom. Within this scope, classroom, with parents, problems face during their coping strategies were examined. In addition, preschool teachers’ cooperation school management counselors extent make use program evaluated. Qualitative method was employed order situation depth. participants retrieved by snowball sampling. 25 female 4 male teachers volunteered participate across Turkey. A demographic form 9 items a survey questions developed researchers used for data collection. average response time 18 minutes, date collected two weeks. The Learning Through Play (LTP) at School Research Study Ukraine was a four-year intervention study funded by the LEGO Foundation and implemented Australian Council for Educational (ACER) Ukrainian Association (UERA). two-year professional learning program that blended online, face-to-face called Teacher Innovative Program (TIPP). TIPP designed based on documented evidence reports teachers need opportunities to experiment reflect change practice. guided three research questions which were revised following full-scale invasion of Russian armed forces February 24, 2022. as follows: 1. What are barriers enablers limit and/or support effective implementation LTP in school classrooms? 2. How do schools implement adjust their classroom practices promote learners’ literacy social emotional development? 3. children’s skills compare between testing time points including prior during forces?
