Abstract
In
response
to
the
growing
integration
of
renewable
energy
and
electric
vehicle
loads
in
distribution
networks,
this
paper
presents
an
optimized
access
scheme
leveraging
deep
learning.
We
propose
a
Multi-Scale
Topology-Aware
Graph
Neural
Network
(MT-GNN)
capture
spatial
electrical
characteristics
network,
coupled
with
spatiotemporal
feature
fusion
module
utilizing
dual
attention
mechanism
handle
dynamic
load
generation
uncertainties.
An
end-to-end
multitask
learning
framework
integrates
location,
capacity,
timing
decisions,
enhanced
by
Soft
Actor-Critic
reinforcement
for
adaptive
strategy
optimization.
Experimental
results
demonstrate
superior
reliability
economic
performance
under
uncertain
conditions.

Microgrids
(MGs)
play
a
crucial
role
in
the
electrification
of
urban
and
rural
areas
due
to
continuous
growth
power
demand.
Introducing
Renewable
Energy
Sources
(RESs)
into
electricity
sector
significantly
helps
decrease
operational
costs
emissions
from
conventional
generation,
especially
when
installed
MGs
near
customers,
reducing
transmission
losses
costs.
Incorporating
RESs
with
different
Distributed
Generators
(DGs)
creates
critical
need
for
an
Management
System
(EMS)
coordinate
distribute
among
them.
Additionally,
sudden
changes
load
demand,
RES
outputs,
other
system
conditions
require
real-time
monitoring
various
components
parameters.
Therefore,
this
paper
proposes
newly
developed
Political
Optimizer
(PO)
integrated
Internet
Things
(IoT)
technology
ThingSpeak
platform
address
simulate
multi-objective
energy
management
problem.
The
aim
is
minimize
total
generation
treatment
expenses
while
maintaining
supply-demand
balance
providing
customers
required
consistently,
reliably,
efficiently.
proposed
MG
comprises
DGs
dispatch
power,
such
as
Fuel
Cells
(FC),
Gas
Turbines
(GT),
(Photovoltaics
Wind
Turbines),
Conventional
Diesel
(CDG),
main
grid.
