Improving the bioavailability of medications applied directly to eye is still a difficulty, while topical administration typical way target therapies eye. Various approaches have been investigated tackle this problem. One these methods involves making use aggregates that can be readily produced by cyclodextrin (CD)/drug complexes in water-based solutions. To achieve goal, we examined solid dispersion's physicochemical characteristics relation CDs. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were utilized investigate complex formation. According results, HPβCD was most effective at solubilization. An intriguing approach improving nepafenac could formulations comprise drug/CD nanoaggregates.
