Objectives:
This
research
aimed
to
examine

impact
of
various
factors
on
sustainable
construction
practices
(SCP)
within
Bangkok’s
industry,
focusing
regulatory
influence,
cost

commitment,
and
carbon
emission
reduction.
Methods:

study

Structural
Equation
Modeling

papers
published
over
the
past
two
decades
in
Scopus,
adopting
combined
methodological
approach
that
integrates
science
mapping
systematic
techniques.
The
scientometric
analysis,
conducted
using
VOSviewer,
examines
annual
publication
trends,
key
journals,
prominent
keywords,
contributing
countries,
influential
documents.
A
subsequent
discussion
utilizing
content
analysis
identifies
seven
critical
(e.g.,
environmental
sustainability,
practices,
employee
well-being)
eight
dimensions
customer
satisfaction
reputation).
