This review article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in psychological health and its contribution to enhancing care for older adults. All over world, where life expectancy is continually rising, individuals face major unique issues, including anxiety, depression, dementia. AI provides professionals with useful instruments recognize disorders at initial stage create an individual treatment approach. Technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, wearable devices can help identify early signs symptoms, facilitating more accurate diagnoses. In addition, other AI-enabled solutions, chatbots, virtual assistants, socially assistive robots, provide better timely interventions adults issues loneliness, cognitive decline, limited mobility that would otherwise bar them from accessing conventional care. However, some problems be associated using intelligence, ethical like privacy, fairness, openness. Therefore, new technologies must designed address needs adults, user-friendly, uphold individuals' dignity. Abstract Background Mental health disorders significantly impact global populations, prompting the rise of digital mental interventions, such as artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbots, to address gaps in access care. This review explores potential for a “digital therapeutic alliance (DTA),” emphasizing empathy, engagement, and alignment with traditional principles enhance user outcomes. Objective The primary objective this was identify key concepts underlying DTA AI-driven psychotherapeutic interventions health. secondary propose an initial definition based on these identified concepts. Methods PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) scoping reviews Tavares de Souza’s integrative methodology were followed, encompassing systematic literature searches Medline, Web Science, PsycNet, Google Scholar. Data from eligible studies extracted analyzed using Horvath et al’s conceptual framework alliance, focusing goal alignment, task agreement, bond, quality assessed Newcastle-Ottawa Scale Cochrane Risk Bias Tool. This study aims to investigate the potential benefits and efficacy of incorporating Artificial Intelligence into mental health interventions for individuals battling social anxiety. Objective: Disability of any type and in form often leads to mental crises by causing anxiety, worry, reduced self-confidence, psychological difficulties. The present study aimed predict health self-esteem based on perceived social support youth with physical disabilities Tehran. Methods Materials: research method was descriptive correlational. statistical population consisted aged 20-35 from seven centers for individuals Tehran 2023, totaling approximately 1500 individuals. Of this population, 400 were accessible samples (characteristics the included: having only being 20-35), which 250 male, rest female. From number, 196 young people, both male female, randomly selected participated tests according Morgan table. instruments included Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support Zimet et al. (1988), General Health Questionnaire Goldberg (1972), Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (1967). Data analysis performed using multiple regression SPSS version 27.
