Aceh

This
study
examines
the
growing
demand
for
large
livestock
and
poultry
meat
in
Indonesia,
reflecting
changing
consumption
patterns
economic
growth.

income,
supply-demand
gaps
that
affect
access
to

34
provinces
covering

Autoregressive
Distributed
Lag
(ARDL)
model,
analyzes
short-
long-run
relationships
demand.
The
results
indicate
short
run,
prices
income
significantly
influence
demand,
while

have
no
noticeable
effect.

long
