The network organization of the systems economic entities, which are distributed remotely over large territories, require creation high-quality communications for them. purpose present work was to demonstrate possibility using latest means communication based on Long-Term Evolution and Multiple-Input Multiple-Output technologies (LTE- MIMO- technologies) in 3G 4G networks solve contemporary tasks organizing mobile some places territory Ukraine works that need biological medical information rarely settled, remote regions. publication provides author's data practical rural areas considers following issues. 1- Determination spatial parameters LTE standard network. 2- Preparation a map area. 3- Choosing an planning option. 4- Principles construction operation networks. 5- P-GW (Packet Data Network Gateway) functions. 6- MME (Mobility Management Entity) 7- Functions PCRF. 8- 9- Peculiarities upper lower frequencies LTE. 10- Application MIMO technology 11- results performed can be applied networked structures development use domestic economy, agriculture, science branches like biology, nature protection, such branches. In result done type antenna, other equipment were suggested; they should used strengthen conditions, as well suitable antenna modem or router. Obtained providing ecological monitoring, activities, information; all quick exchange scientific centers, settlements, possibilities primarily developed.

This manuscript proposes a hybrid energy harvest and management system to manage harvested ambient thermal radio frequency (RF) provide constant voltage for an electronic water meter.It mainly includes antenna, rectifier, thermoelectric generators (TEGs), circuit.The antenna harvests the RF power, rectifier converts it DC power.The powers are stored in capacitor managed by FEH710 circuit power meter.Eight convert into proposed harvesting has been evaluated simulation measurement.The antenna's reflection coefficient peak gain at 2.45 GHz -30 dB 3.6 dBi, respectively.The rectifier's measured RF-DC conversion efficiency (PCE) is 66.7% 0 dBm.As demonstration, commercial meter works stably energy.The expected find potential practical applications Internet of Things (IoT) environments with radiation coverage temperature gradients.

Currently in Ukraine, taking into account the development of latest mobile Internet standards (3G/4G), it is possible to access even remote places. There are no wired due high cost installation and maintenance. At same time, a huge amount equipment appeared on market, which allows you assemble systems for obtaining high-quality over wireless communication line. This refers various types antennas 900–2700MHz range, modems routers with 3G/4G support. The locations base stations district centers predominantly. So, there situation that villages, settlements do not have opportunity get high-speed Internet. especially harms work biological rural medical clinics, spread territory Ukraine often connected network. purpose describe briefly some practical results our own providing places state. To provide this service areas signal amplification necessary. In addition, problem propagation radio waves rough terrains ultra short wave microwave ranges. solve problem, proposed use an external antenna factor, will be installed at height least 6 meters above ground reduce impact interference path waves.
