The purpose of this study is to justify the choice tax incentive policy instruments aimed at economic development Russian Far East, which facing acute demographic and environmental problems. To model dynamics region’s real system, employed a mathematical based on actual data from 2010 2021, covering economic, technological, socio-ecological aspects. Using versatile AnyLogic 8.0 platform for agent-based system modeling, experiments alternative options involving both broad incentives targeted measures were conducted. Specifically, 50% investment deduction residents in special zones East was implemented. experimental results show that, despite comparable population dynamics, stimulation growth poles through public-private partnership programs outperforms entities East.
